The science

Bioavailability is what counts.

Whether a micronutrient works depends not on how much is taken, but on how much reaches the cell. Oral intake has physiological limits. Intravenous administration bypasses them, making the full dose reliably available.

Oral vs. intravenous

What counts is what gets through.

Taken orally, active ingredients lose part of their effect as they pass through the stomach, gut and liver. Intravenous administration delivers them directly and completely into the bloodstream.

Intravenous · Benefits
First-pass effect

Active ingredients are broken down in the liver before they reach the bloodstream.

Available immediately in the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive tract

Limited absorption

Vitamins and minerals are often only partially absorbed in the gut.

Complete bioavailability of the active ingredients used

Gastrointestinal tolerability

High oral doses of vitamin C or magnesium can cause gastrointestinal upset.

Therapeutic doses that cannot be reached orally

Reduced uptake

Disturbed gut flora or stress can significantly reduce nutrient uptake.

Also suitable where enteral absorption is impaired

Manufacturing and quality

Made in Germany, under pharmaceutical supervision.

Cleanroom

Sterile lab for patient-specific compounding

§13 AMG

Manufacturing license under the German Medicines Act

GMP requirements

Documented processes across all steps

Pharmaceutical release

Released by the responsible pharmacist

Our infusions are manufactured by a German pharmacy with cleanroom facilities, in line with Section 13 of the German Medicines Act (AMG) and the German Pharmacy Operations Ordinance (ApBetrO). Each product is made to a physician's prescription under continuous pharmaceutical supervision, and the sterile lab allows infusions to be compounded for individual patients.

Every step—from selecting the active ingredients and aseptic compounding to final release by the responsible pharmacist—is documented and meets current GMP requirements. We supply only verified physicians and qualified healthcare staff.

FAQ

What partners ask us most.

Taken orally, active ingredients pass through the stomach, gut and liver. Some is never absorbed, and some is metabolized by the first-pass effect. IV administration bypasses both: the active ingredient enters the bloodstream directly, with 100% bioavailability and predictable plasma levels.

Manufacturing takes place at a German pharmacy with cleanroom facilities, in line with Section 13 of the German Medicines Act (AMG) and the German Pharmacy Operations Ordinance. Each product is made to a physician's prescription under continuous pharmaceutical supervision; every step is documented and final release is given by the responsible pharmacist.

Treatment time depends on the formulation, volume and individual tolerance, and is typically 30 to 60 minutes. Because the multi-chamber bags arrive pre-dosed and sealed, there is no mixing or preparation.
